Privacy Policy for Postium

Postium is a browser extension for OnlyFans creators, published at postium.app. This policy describes the data the extension and our server (api.postium.app) collect, how it is used, where it is stored and who it is shared with.

1. Data we collect

Category	What	Source
Account and licence	Your email address; your licence key, tier, status and expiry; the ID of the OnlyFans account the licence is used with; your Stripe customer ID.	You, when you buy a licence; the extension, when it activates the licence.
Device	A random identifier for each browser install; the device name you enter (optional); browser and operating system; the IP address the device last checked in from; check-in times.	The extension, on licence activation and re-validation.
Fan spending (Pro features)	For each of your fans: OnlyFans user ID, public username and display name; the totals they have spent with you by category as OnlyFans reports them; the date and amount of their most recent payment (from your earnings statements if you use "Import history"); when the record was last checked.	Read by the extension from your own OnlyFans subscriber pages and earnings statements.
Diagnostics	When a feature fails: the error message and stack trace; the feature and severity; extension version; your licence key and device identifier; the address of the OnlyFans page you were on; details of the failed operation, which may include the OnlyFans user IDs of fans involved.	The extension, automatically.
Referrals and billing	If a referral code is used: which code referred which account, the Stripe subscription and invoice IDs, invoice and commission amounts.	Stripe and the referral code you enter.

We do not collect your OnlyFans password, login cookies or session tokens; your posts, messages or media; your fans' email addresses, payment details or messages; or your activity on any site other than onlyfans.com. Labels, notes, templates, scheduled messages, settings and caches are stored only in your browser's extension storage and are never sent to us.

2. How we use it

• Account, licence and device data: to validate your licence, enforce the device limit on your plan, bind a licence to one OnlyFans account, and contact you about your subscription.
• Fan spending data: to show it back to you in the extension (spend badges, the Fan Spenders page, new-spender highlights). It is not used for any other purpose.
• Diagnostics: to find and fix bugs and to answer support requests.
• Referral and billing data: to calculate referral commissions and keep licence status in step with your Stripe subscription.

3. Where we store it

Server-side data is stored in a database on servers operated by our cloud hosting provider in the United States, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected by access controls. Account, licence, device, diagnostic and referral data is kept while your licence exists. Fan spending data is kept until you delete it with "Clear All Data" on the Fan Spenders page. Payment records are held by Stripe under its own policy.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or share data with advertisers, data brokers or any other third party. Data is processed only by:

• Stripe, which processes subscription payments and sends us subscription and invoice events. We never see your card details.
• Our cloud hosting provider, which hosts our server and database on our behalf.

Actions the extension performs on OnlyFans (sending a message, following a fan, adding fans to a list) are your own use of OnlyFans, done with your own session.
